EQUINE ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY

I am now offering a unique and transformative approach to therapy – Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. As a certified professional with EAGALA, I specialise in helping individuals and groups explore healing and self-discovery through the powerful connection between horses and humans.

What is Equine Assisted Psychotherapy?

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, based on the EAGALA Model, offers a distinctive approach to mental health and personal development.
